"They failed to mention that this property is based inside of a nursing home. There was no housekeeping, and it was very difficult to get fresh towels and toilet paper. If you can ask the fact that it's located in a literal nursing home then it is a nice place to stay because it's clean and it was spacious and it worked for going in and out however, if you care about your experience where you're staying, I would definitely look into something else."

"communication is horrible. horrible hours at front desk and could not get a hold of them if i tried. no help with making stay enjoyable. would not stay here again. no AC, extremely loud and thin walls. not a lot of bedding available and no housekeeping or clean towels. really poor stay."

"Nice size apartment with everything to make an easy stay. We had three kids under 10 and 2 adults and we had plenty of space. 2 mins walk to the beach and lots of dining options along the promenade in both directions (towards the airport or towards Cagnes Sur Mer). Beautiful quiet area and an easy bus ride, approx 20 minutes, into Nice. Buses run regularly and the closest stop is only a 5 min Walk from the hotel. Nice pool area, very clean and all felt very secure with passcodes required to enter. No on site bar or restaurant which didn’t bother us at all but might be important to other travellers!"

"Absolutely value for money. Amazing breakfast to highlight the stay. The room itself was clean, comfortable and above average size, very spacious. The bathroom was big and the room is one of those where you don't want to get out of bed. Curtains and blackout isolate light and sound. Plus it's only 10 minutes from the aiport. I will gladly be back. Thank you to the very friendly staff."
