There was no restaurant but the cafe/bar served good tapas on the outside terrace. There is a restaurant next door, another just across the road and a dine in/takeaway pizzeria 30 minutes walk/few minutes by car away. It is an old building and the interior reflects this. "The entrance is on a quaint little square with a bunch of little streets coming in at odd angles. The hotel backs up on the river, and the breakfast room has an attractive view down the river to an old bridge, and up the river to the mountains. The stairs were attractive, so I didn't bother with elevator."
