A nice place to stay

Super friendly hosts, and I would particularly recommend the breakfast, with a lot of homemade stuff. The garden is beautiful, like the main house. On the less positive side, the shower tray was really on the small side, and the mattress wasn't super comfortable but hey! I'm a big guy so...

Week end au calme dans un cadre très agréable.

Séjour court mais très agréable. Très bon accueil.Le gîtes est situé au calme et proche de la venise verte et du château de la Sébrandière et des vignes tout autour. On est aussi très proche de la forêt de Mervent pour y faire des ballades à pied ou en vélo.
Belle cour arrière avec parking et magnifique fontaine.
Allée ombragée avec arbre fruitier et massifs florales.
Château de la Sébrandière à 5 minutes du gîte.

Belle escale près du marais poitevin

Excellent accueil de nos hôtes aux petits soins tout au long de notre séjour. Le jardin est magnifique et très bien entretenu, idéal pour un apéro ou un dîner au vert. La maison est une belle bâtisse ancienne très charmante. Notre studio était grand avec chambre séparée, seule la décoration est un peu ancienne et pourrait profiter d'un rafraîchissement.

Fabulous frech style hotel

Our host Mark was really helpful & had a great knowledge of the local area. We had a separate family room with fridge & microwave & en suite, was perfect for the kids with loads of room. The house is beautiful with a fantastic garden to relax in. Breakfast was flexible to fit with our timings and was fresh & delicious, especially good tea. Thanks for a fantastic stay

Lovely experience

Our stay at L’Ise de Bourbon was amazing! Our hosts could not have been kinder and the food was a wonderful showcase of local products used in ways that represented the local area and the hosts’ background. If we are ever in the area again we would definitely stay!

super accueil, gens très charmant, belle battisse, intérieure vieillot, déco vieillot, il faut traverser la maison pour aller au wc et à la salle de bain muni d'une vieille cabine de douche propre certes mais bon étroit et plus actuel.
