Useless staff who couldn't resove anything!!

Booked a 12 bed chalet and when I arrived after a long days travel the staff informed me that I didn't have a booking!! Bit of a shock when I booked with Expedia 6 months prior! Spoke to Expedia who were useless!! What had happened was that they had overbooked so ended up in a 8 bed chalet!!! Spoke to Expedia again and was told by them to resolve the issue with the reception staff! Problem was the staff hardly spoke English so after 3 hours of arguing gave up and tried to make the best of the holiday! This was the second time I was staying in this resort but NEVER AGAIN! Also I will never book with Expedia again who were very good at taking my money but absolutely useless at resolving the issue!!

zeer smerig en slecht onderhouden.

dit moet je als organisatie niet willen verhuren. ik ga verschillende keren per jaar op vakantie en breng deze vaak door in hotels enz, maar heb nog nooit zo'n smerig onderkomen gehad als in Madame Vacances La Crete du Berger. zelden zoveel stof op een kamer gezien. water lekte uit de douche. vlekken in matrassen enz. echt te smerig.
