"Our room was lovely and very clean with a good sized balcony. This was our second stay. The hotel is in a quiet but perfect location to reach the shops, beach and railway station. It is great to travel along the coast, the train calls at s number of stations. We went to Menton, Monaco, Nice and Antibes, we would recommend a zou 7 day pass at 50 euros per person, this is great value, when compared with separate tickets. "The room was very clean, and the staff were helpful. There's a coffee maker in the room, and they provided a croissant in the morning. There is no elevator, so be prepared for that. The listing says that a bottle of wine comes with the room, which is not the case. But for one night, it was fine."
