Lovely hotel, eat elsewhere. Clean, friendly.
Beautiful hotel, nice location, very welcoming staff who spoke some English and very accommodating. The spa was being renovated and therefore made it very confusing to know what we could use or how to access. There were no redirection signs which meant we didn’t find use of it until our last day. Also the spa staff couldn’t help as they didn’t understand English. When we did get into the spa we went to the sauna and a gentleman who didn’t seem professionally dressed asked us if we were to stay in the sauna we would need to remove our swimwear and go nude so we quickly left the spa as we didn’t feel comfortable. The hotel is beautiful and very great location! The food choices were minor, very expensive and not very filling so we went to some near by places which were fairly priced and very nice. The breakfast was certainly disappointing. Very dry as though had been left or from the day before but can say it seemed to be out of season as there was a lot out for the minimum people.

A really nice hotel in Lazise
A nice hotel, a little off the beaten track. Facilities are very nice, restaurant is a bit pricey.

The hotel, including rooms and common areas, was exceptionally clean and furnished to a high standard. The staff were all friendly, in particular the housekeeping team who did a brilliant job with a smile every day. The hotel is well located for a number of areas around Lake Garda. Would absolutely stay again.

We had a great week here. Great locations. Great facilities. It's a couple miles for Lazise so I would recommend a rental car, but I would recommend that for Lake Garda anyway as there is so much to see! It's near a really good water park too so my child was very happy! Would recommend this place.

Hotel rooms are getting old
The Hotel is starting to get old and in need of updating/ renovations. The mattres was in bad condition w a piece of wood underneath. They just turned Off the a/c, strange smell in the room. We stayed at this Hotel before but will not anymore in the future unless some room updates will be done.

Wonderful stay
It was a great stay. Staff were great with information and support. I had a wonderful sports massage. I thoroughly enjoyed the pools, the food and the general ambience of the hotel. And the sunsets were stunning!

Lovely spa hotel
Close to Lazise although wasn’t walking distance. Buffet breakfast each morning was lovely with plenty of choice. Spa facilities were amazing, had a really good massage. Overall very happy with the hotel.

We travelled to lazise with our 3 kids for a week ,hotel is out in countryside so would recommend a car ,it is extremely close to gardaland & the Aqua parks The hotel had lovely breakfast with the option of eating inside or outside,pool & area is kept clean. We both had spa treatments & enjoyed with a good selection to choose from & reasonably priced. Over all I would go back if visiting lake Garda again & would highly recommend it

Peaceful hotel, but close by to sights
The hotel was just a few minutes drive from Lake Garda and not far from most locations around it. It was in a peaceful location and the room was very comfy able with a lovely rainfall shower. Would only recommend to people with a car as it is a long walk from public transport

3 Days near Lake Garda
The hotel was good and all the staff went out of their way to attend to all our needs. Excellent breakfast. It is a beautiful surrounding and not too far from Lake Garda and interesting towns and villages. It is not right in the hub of activity so you will definitely need a car if you stay here.

L’établissement était bien situé et facile d’accès en voiture. Michella a la réception etait tres professionelle et adorable, très a l’écoute. Petit dejeuner sous forme du buffet assez varié et qualitatif. Point negatif sont l’entretien des chambres malheureusement la dame de menage ne rempli pas systématiquement le savon qui est mis a disposition ni les serviette de douche. Le distributeur de savon etait vide et n’a jamais été rempli malgre qu’on la mis en visu pour qu’elle le fasse mais elle s’est contentée de le remettre vide sur le porte savon. L’accès au spa est limité entre un certain horaire. Surtout pour le hammam et sauna qui est entre 14 et 19h ce qui est fort dommage car ce sont des heures auxquelles les voyageurs sont généralement en balade. Énormément de moustiques autour de la porte d’entrée de chaque chambre du au spot lumineux juste au dessus. Et ce serait bien de proposer de l’eau quotidiennement dans le mini bar des chambre. A part ces petites choses notre séjour etait hyper agreable. Je recommande cet établissement et j’y retournerais.

Haben ein kostenloses Zimmerupgrade bekommen. Zimmer waren sehr schön, hatten einen kleinen Balkon mit einer gigantischen Aussicht. Derzeit befindet sich das Hotel jedoch im Umbau (Bausubstanz wird renoviert) weshalb manche Abläufe z. B. beim Frühstück nicht optimal geplant waren.

das Zimmer war sehr sauber u.sehr angenehm.Wir hatten Halbpension.Das Essen war eine Zumutung von 4 Auswahlmöglichkeiten durften wir nur drei auswählen.Der Salat u.das Dessert waren ok Das andere unmöglich nicht geniessbar.Der Service sehr unaufmerksam und untereinander sehr mürrisch.Zwei weibl.Servicekräfte waren nett auch Rezeption war ok.Wir würden wieder buchen aber ohne Halbpension.
