We had many issues with the Hotel. First day, toilet not working correctly, there was ashared door on the room. Other guest being loud asked to be moved to a new room, per guest service person, we had to wait until next day because we had enter the room or she would get in trouble (we were only in the room for 5 minutes). Next day we were able to move to a new room(shower head was so loud it sounded like a crazy lady screaming)in the middle of my shower the water cutoff, called reception and they said they were maintenance that week to start from midnight to 4am( it was 10:45pm)even though none was notified of this “maintenance “they apologized and I was upset but ok with it. Next day I get to my room before 11pm to find out we had no water again, my family and I couldn’t shower. At this point I was very upset and asked to speak to the manager all she could say was they were sorry, no other solution or credit provided even though we had issued for 3 nights. Emailed regional manager and all he can offer was $20 off our next stay. I would never stay at this location again

One of the worst properties I’ve ever stayed at.
The hotel is semi clean. Really dated. Service is almost none existent. Room service is horrible. Unfortunately there aren’t many choices in Lazaro Cardenas.

It was an ok hotel … the door would open without a key .. the toilet wouldn’t stop running .. ok for the price but a bit run down

Me he hospedado varias veces en este hotel y cada vez se nota mas la falta de atencion a los detalles. El baño tiene una coladera de la cual sale un olor a podrido que invade la habitacion. La regadera cada vez que voy asi sea diferente habitacion esta peor. Los colchones ya estan muy maltratados si me acostaba cerca de la orilla se sumia y caia de la cama, si no hay para nuevos almenos girarlos

The room was really spatious and spotless clean, bed was comfortable. I liked the pool area and the breakfast buffett. HOWEVER, I requested late check out ( which was only 3 hours after normal check out time and for that they charged 1/2 the rate of one night) I decided to do so and let them know a day in advance before going to the beach in the morning. 30 min before check out security came to my room and I was instructed to call reception, which I did and I was told to please heas over to reception and pay the extra night. I reminded them that I had requested late check out and they said it was okay then. When i checked out they wanted to charge me half of a different rate than I had been told. I really had to fight it because it was almost double the initial amount, and I had asked for specific numbers. In the end I settled for a slightly higher number but but not what I had been told initially. I understand that mistakes happen but this was almost double the amount and staff were almost giving me no solution at first. Thank god they found a way to meet me halfway.

Comfortable, but don’t expect friendly service.
Hotel is ok. Clean and comfortable. Service leaves a lot to be desired. Friendliness is not their strong suit, except for the security guard and their sales manager- they were extremely friendly and helpful. Restaurant food is mediocre and service is almost nonexistent.

We booked 2 rooms in this hotel because it looked clean and updated with a nice pool. It was the more expensive hotel in the area. However the pool was out of service for maintenance and they wouldn’t give us pool/beach towels to use outside the hotel. Also shower wasn’t working in one of the rooms which they could of easily given us a different room.
