"This hotel needs updated and better cleaning done. Carpeting in the elevator was ripped and a trip hazard. Breakfast was very good and front desk gentleman was very nice and very accommodating!"

"The room was in need of much repair, there were stains on the carpet, missing trim near tub, dirt and grime under the curtains by the windows. There was peeling paint and an attempted patch to the ceiling drywall. The bottom of the door trim to the bathroom was damaged and water logged. There was a stain on the lamp shade. The bed sheets did not fit properly and feel off by just sitting on the bed. This hotel is in desperate need of rennovation. The only positive was that the breakfast was tasty and fresh. It was definately not worth the money, and I will look to avoid Country Inn in the future. "

"The staff at check in was very rude and not helpful at all. The rooms were dark with no overhead lighting. We had small black bugs in the restroom. Overall, this was the worst night I have ever spent in a hotel in all my travels."

"I love the style of the Graduate. So cool. The middle elevator would not stop on floors 3 or 6 and we were on 6, hauling a bunch of stuff for a birthday party. Inconvenient. We also booked this hotel partly for the restaurant and it literally closed for the foreseeable future the night before we checked in and we weren’t informed. Wouldn’t keep us from staying again but not great."

"Pros: Clean, updated, and well maintained property Staff were top notch friendly and helpful. Amenities were great. Breakfast had a good selection. Cons: If you’re closer to the O street side there is a bit more traffic noise. But if you use something for white noise when you travel that won’t be an issue."

"It would have been nice to know that the entire bottom floor was under construction before bringing my family in for the weekend. Another problem i ran into was that my key card wouldn’t work the second night to get into one of the doors. Other than that, it was a decent stay."

"At check in we saw bugs on the night stand I informed the desk clerk and he said they didn’t have anymore queen rooms. But would put in the notes for the manager to communicate with me. At checkout I asked to speak to someone that could help me they said no one there could but the manager should call me Monday. Everyone in the room has bite marks. Will be posting videos"
