The shower head was a rain one and not everything sprayed and the pressure wasn't very good. Otherwise the room was nice and clean, very comfortable.

Tidy room, decent breakfast. There for a conference. Not sure if I would pay for breakfast there otherwise when there are so many independent and interesting breakfast places in Lawrence. However, the Cold Brew martini at the bar as a nightcap was exceptional!!

The only ice machine for the entire hotel was on the third floor and it was always out of ice. Disappointing.

The hotel staff were great. It was mom’s weekend and the hotel was packed. The staff everywhere in the hotel were helpful and friendly.
