In the past, the pool, views, and suites were such a draw, but all of those things lose their appeal when the staff make you feel like you’re hanging at a hostel. "

"Room was ok and clean with a nice view. Unfortunately the walls were paper thin and a very large tour group were loud in the corridors late at night & when getting up very early in the morning. So we had a very poor sleep."
