Hotel entree de gamme. Bien dormi, excellente literie, bonne douche, dejeuner suffisant, personnel souriant, service rapide et disponibilité. Recommande donc a chaque voyageur ayant besoin d’une bonne douche et d’une bonne nuit de sommeil.

Accueil très agréable. L'hôtel est très bien tenu vous vous sentez bien accueilli et non pas un client parmi les autres comme dans beaucoup d'hôtels. Chambre calme et spacieuse.

Inn Laval

Très bel accueil par l’hôtesse (Estelle je crois) qui a pris le soin de nous appeler avant notre arrivée pour encore mieux nous accueillir. On s’est senti comme à la maison. Lit confortable, petit déjeuner buffet copieux, pour le prix rien à redire ! Adresse à garder pour une prochaine étape dans le coin :)

Agréable séjour de deux nuit du 12 au 14 décembre 2023. personnel bienveillant et très à l'écoute, notamment face aux personnes en situation de handicap qu'ils savent très bien gérer. Je garderai un excellent souvenir de Dahlia, souriante et toujours très disponible, mais aussi de Céline, pour ne pas faire de jaloux. D'autant que j'y retourne en janvier prochain!

Bonjour, Accès PMR pas très adapté mais chambre et salle de bain spacieuses. Petit déjeuner correct. Petits bémols : Pas de bouchon au lavabo, gobelet pour se rincer les dents de tailles différentes. En bas de la porte d'entrée l'air passe.

Pas au niveau.

L'eau chaude était vraiment tiède, probablement dû au froid mais ce n'est pas agréable de se doucher dans ces conditions. Plusieurs chaînes de la tv ne fonctionnaient pas et la taille de la tv est vraiment petite. Le rapport qualité prix n'est pas là... On ressent bien que le recrutement du personnel est difficile, manque d'expérience, malgré la gentillesse.

Bon accueil, facile d'accès. Établissement propre. Une bouilloire est disponible dans la chambre avec sachets de thé. Petit déjeuner copieux. La jeune femme qui nous a enregistré, très gentille et à l'écoute. Restaurants à proximité comme le Buffalo grill... J'avais réservé sur le site Hotels.com en décembre 2022, puis modifié les dates car c'était pour le motocross des Nations et les dates de la course avaient changé. Au moment de notre arrivée et du règlement, le montant demandé sur place était plus cher que celui sur le site Hotels.com. La jeune femme nous a fait le prix fixé par hôtel.com lors de la réservation. Je recommande +++
