Decent hotel. A little deceiving to where the pool is located in the property. It was a walk away in another building which was quite inconvenient. Didn’t have a restaurant in the property or anywhere around, had to drive to the nearest restaurant. The views were amazing though from our room.

Friendly and helpful staff
Hotel was very clean and tidy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only downside was that the swimming pool needs sun parasols to make it more comfortable for guests to stay around the pool.

The resort itself is beautiful specially the breath taking lake view, you can see the sunrise from your window. Here comes the negative experience, I booked my family 5 Deluxe room for a quick get together and made sure they took care of the staffs but what I did not like is when they charged them for a towel stain?! Seriously?! (A simple stain towel issue and the way the staff handled the situation). I am very disappointed! My family have been generous to kind employees there but wrong FrontDesk and Management will ruin the good experience for your guests.

The door men were very nice and helpful, the reception were always staffed, but mostly unhelpful. The information provided prior to arrival about opening hours for the different activities were incorrect, we only found out of this because other people used them and therefore asked the staff. The pool area was nice, not to many chairs but it wasn’t a problem. The pool was about 1.2m deep all the way, which was fine to play and swim in. The restaurant did not have any vegetarian options for breakfast and the coffee tasted poor quality coffee and chlorine.

The hotel is really nice, with the view of golf club. The breakfast that they serve is really good and delicious. The staff were so nice specially the server in the dining area. The front desk was also pleasant. The only thing in this hotel they do not have face towel becausevwhen I called the front desk and asked for face towel the housekeeping brought us the complete set of towels without wash cloth or face towel. I hope someday they will provide it but otherwise I will still recommend and will go back to this place when we will be in Tagaytay.

Service was not good, the night manager at check in wasn't clear about which tower the hotel room was in. Room service and minibar advertised as features in Hotels.com did not exist. No complimentary water in the room upon arrival and had to be requested, though delivery time is slow. No coffee available except in the lobby and when asked if this was available, said only after 2pm. Bathtub immediately clogged when used and the toilet had a smell. Needs a car to access other facilities. Restaurant had many things not available.

They need to update their systems - still has a lot of paper. Our bathroom had a leak so the floors around the toilet was always wet. Reported it to them and they said they will check. Other than that - beautiful hotel with a beautiful view.

Parking, lobby, and room quite good, and looks as good as pics. Far from city centre, and car is a must. Just a safety measure, they should install a grab bar for the tub. Water temperature for tub is disappointing, as it only reaches warm shower levels. Location of aircon is also inappropriate, resulting in cold to be opposite the bed area. It's also true that hallway noise is loud while inside the room, likely due to tiles instead of carpet. Not so many were booked during our stay, so quite peaceful.

Everything is great except for some chipped laminated wood in the side table and uneven paint on the wall. Also, the location is good especially if you’ll be attending a wedding in the chapel on the hill area. :)

charge on towel use
Pool was far from the hotel itself, walking distance but you would be walking against gravity (slope) yes there is a shuttle going there but im disappointed it wasnt automatically offered to me considering that I have a 7 yr old child with me, we experienced walking there anyway. Guests will be charged of towel use at the pool area (its my first time to encounter this, as hotels have towel cards for borrowing towels or you just log in your name and room number for towel issuance, and mind you, even 5 star hotels dont charge their guests for such use of towels, its part of hotel services offered to guests)

Wifi connection is poor. Very few food choices at the beach club restaurant (bring your baon) No other restaurant near the hotel. Besides, the hotel is far from the road. Better to bring car than to commute. Amenities and facilities are good. If you are looking for a relaxing place to rest and to have a peace of mind, away from the city crowd, try this hotel. Nice view of taal volcano.

At the desk I saw a cucaracha go over the girl who was doing our checking in And the room where we must stay was no done yet The housekeeper forgot to cleaning and always we have to call to them to bring our shower gel and the water But the hotel was good and the room also clean but staff a little crazy

This is our second time staying there. My kids enjoyed both times. We love how there are lots to do in the clubhouse. We had fun playing bowling. The room was spacious enough for the 4 of us. It is also cheaper than other places. The only cons for me are: free breakfast wasn't that good, and they charge you for extra towels (only 2 are provided) and extra pillows

Very very disappointing
This hotel should work on the sound proofing of rooms. I can hear the guests talking and coughing in the room next to us. And on our first night, someone from the front desk called and told us that the guests in the room next to us were complaining about the "noise" we were making. My friends and I were having a normal conversation. We were not yelling or partying. The staff should be aware that their rooms are not sound proof and it is offensive to call us and tell us to keep the noise down when we were not even noisy. After the first night I requested that the sheets be replaced because the AC unit had a lot of condensation that dripped onto the bed and made the sheets wet. When we came back to the room on our 2nd night, we noticed that they did not replace anything. We could tell because the spot on the duvet was still there which means it was never replaced. Also, the bathroom was really cramped and tiny. I would never stay here again and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
