The location is fantastic, close to great shopping and dining, yet the room itself was incredibly calming and serene. It felt cozy, homey, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. This was one of those stays where you immediately feel at ease. I can’t recommend The Colonial House highly enough and will absolutely be staying here again!"

"Hotel is very old building that saw better days many years ago. Room was very clean and everything worked. As a solo male traveler I would stay here again. It was a good value for the cost. "

"The amountbof money i paid as a single father for the condo, nothing was part of the condo. No comp bowling, no comp tubing or dinner. Nothing but the pool. It was just an ok experience. Resort in Orlando fl, allows for more family friendly activities. Blessings "
