This was the absolute perfect place to stay with a toddler. There was ample space and the apartment was quite comfortable. I have frequently stayed in hotels in Launceston and this was a much better option.

We did not receive access code details until we contacted the property management at 2.20pm which is after the check in time. Apart from that hiccup, the property is very nice and quiet. Modern and clean. Would stay here again.

Inside was very clean and comfortable, however the back patio area left a lot to be desired. Unable to sit outside as the table and chairs where so dirty and back of the unit was cover in spider webs, massive let down for an amazing property.

Was sent wrong room number, was told the day before checkin a code would be sent at 1:30pm on day of check in, it took 2 phone calls to get the code at2:15pm, couch was disgusting peeling fabric, broken toilet seat, dirty sliding door glass, dirty oven, smoke alarm hanging from roof, hand basin was blocked, wet paint on the wall where a hole was patched. I have photos of all of the above if anyone wants them,

Loved that it was so quiet, well appointed, very close to Launceston and I thought excellent value. Definitely stay there again. Only thing would suggest is update fridge, another saucepan. Great stay thankyou
