Stunning
All aspects of this property are STUNNING. Apt. 2 has views of the Tamer & city looking down. Clean, comfortable & always will choose to stay here.

We loved the quirky old vibe, great outlook ,lovely Breakfast,the strawberries were a great touch .The rooms were a bit cold for us Queenslanders the first night but perfect the next :)

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was just perfect for what we wanted. It was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast foods, milk, tea & coffee were also provided. The location is also great, set high on a hill with fabulous views of the city. Thanks to Kate for everything. I would definitely stay here again.

The cat next door made our stay great we loved its nightly visits, made us miss our pets at home a little less. The communication with owners was fantastic and great location

A gorgeous old apartment with beautiful views of Launceston. As a family it had everything we needed and was in a great location, only a short walk into town.

I love the views from the property and position. This classic old stile home looks very nice in and out. Excellent parking +everything is 2-5 min. drive from the property.

Nice apartment right in the centre of town
Nice apartment in heart of Launceston, walking distance to most restaurants and parks, the hill is a killer to walk up though! There was professional cleaning being done in the apartment upstairs on one day which was quite noisy, and the chairs in the lounge room look nice but are not very comfortable. Other than that definitely recommend!

Location: Lovely on the hill with nice view from the sun room. Apartment is nice old English style but bedrooms could have an updated beds of better quality and comfort. Dusty bed heads with spider web along the bedside tables. Very small bathroom with spider and web around the clean brush holder.

Thank you for your review , I have asked the tiny little spider not to that again If they do they will meet with the terminator , we try and avoid sprays for obvious reasons . We have also sacked the house keeper thank you for making us aware of their unsatisfactory cleaning

Spacious appartment close to the CBD
Great location. Comfortable appartment. Plenty of space for the kids to relax. Good wifi connection. Walking distance to some great little restaurants and supermarket. The continental breakfast was beyond expectations.

Could be better.
Our stay at apartment 6 for four nights was barely warm enough with the small electric heater and an unfortunate cold draught coming through the French doors. A chair with a blanket propped against it helped a little. Electric blankets on the bed were appreciated and the bathroom was modern with heated towel rail and a large shower. The apartment is spacious and some breakfast supplies were provided for the first night only. The outside staircase needs addressing, with nighttime access poorly illuminated and timber steps in worn condition. Carrying suitcases up two flights in the rain is not easy. Having said this, the view in fine weather from the balcony would be worth the climb.

Lovely location. Warm and cosy. Second bedroom could have an updated bed, perhaps a king single and of better quality and comfort. No towels, and although the host came by with 2 towels it was inconvenient and extra towels would have been appreciated.

Spacious, quiet and good value for family visit.
The apartment was very clean and neat. It was good value for 2 bedrooms. We were very comfortable. It is a walk to restaurants but area felt quite safe. Only issue was the steep stairs to the 2nd floor made my elderly mother a little anxious but outside lighting was good. It was great to have a washing machine and dryer. I would stay again.

Architecturally typical Launceston
Really roomy 2 bedroom apartment, lounge, kitchen, dining, balcony, 15 foot ceilings, elevated views over the city, close handy to shops, restaurants. A good place to stay, enjoyed the experience.

A nice place that could be a lot better
The photos depict a lovely apartment, but unit 6 is a bit disappointing in reality. The tv was small and positioned so that it could only be viewed from one couch. The balcony at the front was great to see the view of the city. The beds were a bit uncomfortable and in need of an under-blanket for cushioning. Overall the amenities were good, including provisions for breakfast. With a few minor modifications, this apartment could be fantastic!

Absolutely wonderful experience from booking through to leaving. The accommodation was amazing - so comfortable and homely with everything you would need for an overnight stay to an extended stay. The view over Launceston was amazing. The contact support was brilliant. I would thoroughly recommend this place to anyone, and when next in Launceston I would not hesitate to stay here again. This place is so conveniently located within walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Ideal location
The apartment is part of a well sub-divided large old house. The layout is very spacious with a separate fully equipped kitchen and laundry and great views from the balcony,The two bedrooms are large and each room can sleep three making it an ideal family accommodation, The location is great for walking into Launceston city centre and the onsite, off street parking is excellent, The only negative aspect was that the only contact with the owner was by text giving a feel of ‘Airbnb.We stayed for three nights and were given just the one towel each. Other smaller issues were no soap powder, tissues, cooking tongues, salt or specialty teas all of which were offered in all other premises we had stayed at during our tour of Tasmania

Apartment 3, is a good sized ground floor 2 br apartment with a private outdoor courtyard. It was well appointed with comfortable bedding and nice personal touches such as breakfast provisions, fresh flowers and complementary unlimited wifi and parking.

External stairs
External stairs are a problem if you have suitcases. When leaving the apartment it was raining and the stairs are quite steep. Getting us and the suitcase down the stairs in the rain was quite dangerous. Would check access before booking

Would recommend these appartments to anyone. All the rooms are large and the beds were very comfortable. Nice little washing machine and dryer. Owners were very helpful and obliging. Walking distance to town cafes and shops. Would not hesitate to book again when we come back to tassie.

Convenient location within easy walking distance to the city. Outlook disappointing expecting lovely garden views would have preferred an upstairs apartment. Noisy could hear people upstairs thumping around all night. Bed was lumpy (queen bed).Otherwise clean with everything required. Extra bath towels and somewhere to put clothes etc in bathroom would have been appreciated

My only suggestion is that people need to know that the apartment we stayed in was at the top and this meant two flights of external stairs (no.6).

It's a bad stay experience including extra charge, no washing/dryer after 8pm, safety concern living at apartment 5 due to no rail on the part of exterior stair, etc.
