Had a great time they have a great beach area you can also rent jet ski. Will be going back

The radio speaker went off at almost midnight in south tower for 14 minutes. Very scary. There was an small oval pill left in the room from who knows when and the room was stinky
Check in time is suppose to be at 4pm we didn't get a room until 8pm.
No cold water, shower didn't work, no trash can in restroom, no pillows, phones were broken (missing buttons) AC makes loud noise when turning on and off, doors weren't closing

I booked 3 room, only of my rooms was ready at 4pm check in. Got the other 2 rooms at almost 8pm. Then 1 of my rooms in the North tower had no cold water and no water in sink. I had engineering in my room at almost 12am to fix sink but said that there was nothing that could be done about shower. I called front desk and was told they couldn't do anything as I booked through a 3rd party. Definitely ahorrible experience. Regret wasting my time at this resort

Is not very clean. One elevator was out of order. The bathroom sink was clogged. The stairs to the pool were not clean. The room smelled damped... The a/c wouldn't cool the room, it was very warm at night.
Do not take kids here..pool closed..arcade closed...nothing about it on website.

We stayed for boat tour to Lake Havasu. Very convenient. Rooms are not bad , small but good enough. But carpert is dirty. Worst dining experience ever.

Parking was very inconvenient and finding your way to the casino from the self-parking was a nightmare
The room I reserved said “newly renovated” it’s not! Came into the room and the floor was dirty, crumbs all over. We had to call room service to vacuum the room. We had a toddler so that was pretty annoying to see the room wasn’t even vacuumed. Also the mirror in the bathroom was filthy and stuff on the floor. The room overall was okay definitely not unkept very well, and whoever “cleaned” the room prior to us checking in did a terrible job.

Booked 5 rooms on Expedia they charged me for all the rooms. Arrived to the hotel with all my family, the hotel informed us “they are sold out” and don’t have the rooms for us. All the girls at the front desk were so rude.
We have stayed here for many years. It is a fun property

Property is definitely older but they’ve made renovations. Room was clean and check in/out was quick and easy with the mobile kiosk

We were supposed to have a room in the north tower, we got one on the central tower which was smelly and my wife got bitten by bedbugs, all over her back, it had never happened to us before, bad experience!
Did not like the half wall shower instead of a curtain. Impossible to keep water in the shower.

When I first checked into my room there were used dirty towels hanging off of the shower curtain, the complementary bottles of shampoo and lotion had dirty grimy fingerprints on the bottles, there was a hair clip attached to the shower curtain, it was obvious that the bathroom had not been cleaned post the current occupants. I reported it immediately to the front desk. It was supposed to be addressed but when we got back to the room later on it had not been taken care of.
A/c barely worked. Bed too soft. Steakhouse had a lousy grizilly steak. Rooms very dated.

Few places to relax without casino noise or spending extra to use a chair on the beach on top of resort fee. The room was clean and comfy, though!
