Clothes were in the drawers left by previous customer. Bathtub water didn't drain as you used it. Window missingscreen. Lamp plug didn't work.

Carpets in room not clean, there was chips and trash on the carpet. Checked in and the lady at the desk said we couldn’t get in our room till 4pm even if it was ready. Went back at 1pm and spoke to another person at the front desk and he said no problem and got us in a room. Also no coffee pods in room.

One of nicer hotel/casinos. West tower. Room smelled like smoke. Sulphur smell coming from bathroom. Probably is dated. Very few quarter slot machines. Pool area looked like a Motel 6 pool.

The room was spacious and nice. All hotels are old in Laughlin same as the casinos, but it was a stop for us on our road trip. The buffet was mediocre.

We stayed for 5 nights along with a group of friends and had a wonderful time. The dining options were good. Claim Jumpers and had a nice dinner at Saltgrass Steakhouse. Our room was clean and comfortable; however, I think the hotel should consider starting to update the bathrooms, the tile in our bathroom floor was old and cracking and wobbly. I would stay again but am interested to see if room renovations are planned.

Everything good, very satisfied! More adult restrictions at the pool would be great. Many adults were drinking and smoking around and inside the pool and would throw their drink with alcohol inside the pool were kids would swim. Also would get bothered when my kids were playing in the water, was very uncomfortable to be with drunk adults in the pool.
