"Spacious clean room! Mine was street facing and super quiet with windows fully shut. Didn't take advantage of the breakfast, but the staff held my luggage until my room was ready, gave recommendations and was convenient to many shops and restaurants. "

Our room was rather small and the bathroom was barely manageable because it was so small and they crammed in the bidet and shower. But, that is probably our fault as we booked a basic room. The spa was brilliant, well priced for all day access. The food was really tasty for breakfast and it’s on until 11am. Perfect tor lazy chilled days, they left rose petals on our bed as it was our honeymoon which was a lovely touch. It was a 35 minute walk from the centre of Syracuse and taxis are squirt expensive, there is a bus but we didn’t bother with it. Staff were friendly and helpful. Roof bar was chilled out. The private balcony only had two lounger chair and two of us stayed. I’d suggest having too to encourage more usage. "
