"Most important is the property and room were clean. The evening clerk, Rebecca, was great at check in, told me about the area and a little Italian culture as it's my first time. I usually avoid the house breakfast but this was good for the price. Morning clerk, Alissia, was also great somehow managing the dinning room and checking petout. "This is a 2 star hotel at best, but not bad value if you're not expecting more, and suberbly convenient for trains into Rome. Local suburban area has plenty of amenities, and a couple of good restaurants at normal rather than 'tourist' prices"
