Extremely small rooms and narrow stairs. Arrives to this hotel after 26 hours of travel. No one at desk (5pm). Waited 10 mins. Finally someone showed up— told her I was exhausted. Was given room 45 which (I thought) meant 4 flights of stairs (I was dead on my feet). No further instructions were given. ...
