"We had a pleasant stay. The room was clean, and housekeeping service was provided daily. Rooms are outdated. The furniture, fixtures, wall coverings, etc. need updated. They did not meet my expectations for a modern Delta property, like I have experienced at other Delta hotels in other cities. However, the beds were very comfortable! We were able to get underground parking, but be forewarned, it is VERY tight! Especially if arriving back to the hotel later in the evening, it can be a challenge to find a spot that you can manoeuvre into, even with a very small car. Access to the casino and mall via the connecting skywalks was a nice perk. The swimming pools and waterslide are good, and it’s nice to have a deeper pool separate from the slide pool. I would stay here again, but only if the rates are reasonable."

"The room that we got was not clean had body hair left on the bed. Asked at the reception to get it cleaned. They said they can't get it cleaned but offered another room which was clean."

"Very nice, clean & quiet, great little kitchenette. Great breakfast that was slightly different every day - omelettes, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, ham, pancakes, yogurt, plus the usual cereals & breads. Would recommend. "

"Clean, comfortable and spacious room. This is my third multi-day stay in 3 months, and I will definitely stay here again.
The room is well-maintained, and kudos to the housekeeping staff for keeping it in such good condition. There's a refrigerator and microwave in the room, both in excellent working order, and the fridge actually keeps drinks cold.
The hotel is good, despite the exterior and hallways appearing a bit sketchy. My stays have always been quiet, allowing for a good night's sleep. Breakfast vouchers for the attached restaurant are available."
