The only things that stops me giving 5 stars is that the curtains in our room were very thin and we had a bright light shining in all night- blackout curtains would be good for the rooms. "We were at a wedding in Kefalonia. We initially checked into a more expensive place in town that was awful, and The Princess saved us. Saved the whole trip. It’s bright and open and floral with a great pool and bar. It feels like you’d imagine Greece to feel, and right across the street is Costa Costa, a fantastic beach with cabanas and bar/food service. The staff was so kind. Best bartender ever at night. The energy and people and pool and location were absolute perfection. The room? It’s a no frills basic European hotel room - on the small side, small balcony, fridge, desk, TV, and a shower/tub. I’ve been around the world and enjoyed all sorts of places, so I’m used to it and find it cozy/charming. Some might not, but if you came to Kefalonia to stay in your hotel room, why come at all? Thanks to The Princess for making a wonderful weekend even better. Would I stay here next time I come and will I recommend it to all my friends? Without a doubt."
