"All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Everyone spoke fluent English. The hotel was beautiful, unfortunately we had lots of ants in our room. The pool was nice and we had a walk out room which was wonderful. The on site restaurant was amazing with a large delicious breakfast buffet. The bar and lunch/dinner menus were great too. A short walk to the bus, the beach, Ushuaia, and a zillion shops and restaurants. "

However, what made our stay truly amazing was hotel team, especially Ms.Noelia Ramon and Ms.Anna Kolesnikova - thanks to their very professional, positive and kind attitude as well as beautiful smile we could feel true magic and hospitality of Ibiza!!
