Pros: - Wait staff was amazing, every server went above and beyond, made great conversation and our glasses never sat empty. - Resort was compact and easy to navigate. Never felt lost like at similar resorts. Cons: - Be prepared to say no, ALOT. For an all inclusive resort, the upselling was constant and aggressive. Pushing us into premium bottles of wine needed to reserve a table, limited time “special promotions” for their mediocre spa, or even half day long timeshare sales pitches. There was rarely a break from being sold too at this already paid for all inclusive vacation. - I know not to expect much from resort food, but the quality and variety of food offered left a lot to be desired. Mixed drink quality was very hit or miss. - Ingredients always seemed to be out of stock. The one coffee bar was constantly out of flavor shots, no matter the time of day. It also seemed like Sprite was some kind of luxury. Every bar was out of stock of Sprite after 2pm, offering Fresca or Squirt instead. Even had trouble getting their house white wine at several bars. - Lastly, I am aware Cancún is hot, but the in room air conditioning is atrocious. Leaving the air conditioner set to 70, the room was 75 degrees, setting it to 65, the room was 75 degrees. No matter how long it was set for the room would not cool. Between the in room motion sensors controlling the air conditioner and their inability to accommodate a simple request for a fan the room was uncomfortable the entire stay.

Everything was clean, service was supreme , great place
