"Fairly small hotel by Lanzrote standards (number of guests, think it's around 150) it is immaculate...Front of house is faultless. Good facilities, spotlessly clean and the maid service fantastic."

Ants in room - lots of them crawling everywhere, even over phone when on it
Sliding door in bathroom didn't close properly so no privacy
Wifi - didnt work for us so we used our own data
Shampoo/shower gel dispensers didnt actually work - the pumps seemed broken and couldnt be removed from wall so couldnt use
No milk provided for tea at the self service areas, would be easy enough to provide little cartons. Had to buy milk from Spar"
