"There was four staff members that made my stay enjoyable. Naomi, Joel and Daniel at the front desk and I lady who always greeted us at the buffet she had a pleasant smile always accommodating. With out those four staff members we would of left and hone to another hotel."

"Always a delight to return to the Mencey. Wonderful staff and amenities. Great place to relax by outdoor pool, which is serene, set within beautiful garden. Good location with only a few minutes walk to the centre of Santa Cruz."

"We got the all inclusive package and the staff was consummating to my friend that is gluten free. The staff is not all bilingual if you do not speak any Spanish. The hotel was nice. There is no AC in the summer just heat. The heated pool was not warm. Pools were fairly dirty. We loved the location ..."

"Room was modern and had good facilites, was a comfortable stay. Hotel was close to everything needed, supermarkets, resturants, town, beach, transportation. Staff were great. Only down side was room got very hot but there is a fan provided."
