"Absolutely fantastic week at the Santa Catalina - Royal Hideaway Hotel!!
Half board, so we got to enjoy the delicious daily breakfast at the Hotel followed by dinner at the 1890 La Bodeguita - fabulous food & service at both!
The hotel is just so beautiful and staff cannot do enough for you through your entire stay!
We had 3 spa sessions to enjoy even more relaxation during the stay!
Cannot recommend this hotel enough - will definitely be returning!!"
"Great little guest house. Quiet street but walkable to everything in La Vaguetta and Triana.
Comfortable bed, modern bathroom, water, kettle, tea and fridge provided."
"Hostel itself was really nice, cute decor with great kitchen and laundry amenities. Quick walk to the beach and bus station. However, the area around the hostel was not the nicest and it was a long walk to the historic centre to find nice places to hang out. There was also a problem with cockroaches in the room that made it very difficult to get a good nights sleep. Steer clear of the ground floor rooms!"

Santa Catalina, a Royal Hideaway Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Un hôtel classique avec deux personnel sympathique, des espaces de vie agréables, de bons restaurants à l’hôtel et dans les environs, un positionnement parfait pour visiter Las Palmas. Nous y avons passé une semaine très agréable!"
"The best thing about this hotel is the staff and the food. The property is a lovely art deco style building that needs some updating but the rooms are spacious and the views of the port are great.
The third time we have stayed here, the buffet breakfast is great with a nice selection and the food in the bar is great too.
Staff are always so friendly and accommodating.
Close to bus connections, easy walk to Triana where there is a great selection of shops and restaurants.
Kids love the pool on the roof terrace although it was a bit windy during our stay so we didn’t spend too much time there.

"My stay at the hotel was amazing and very accommodating. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout. The entire place was very clean, which added to the comfort of the stay.
The breakfast spot on the rooftop was great—it’s beautifully decorated and has everything you need to start your day. I especially want to mention Sylvia, who was extremely helpful in sorting out an issue for me—her support really made a difference.
The location is also very convenient, whether you're catching a bus or just exploring the area on foot. Highly recommended!"
"The shower attachment was broken, and was not fixed.
This is not fully accessible, there are steps leading to a lift which then takes you up to Reception on the first floor.
There are no dining options, but there are cafes nearby."
