Great hotel in Ayia Napa centre. The swimming pool area is nice but the loud music can be disruptive for the rooms arround. I enjoyed my stay and will come again.

It seems like a nice in general hotel and the first receptionist we talked on check in was very polite, but our room wasn't that nice, especially for the price (there were multiple cheaper options in the area at the time). First of all it wasn't very clean, it smelled, and the toilet had a fake roof that was creating moisture. We could bare the above, although after a few hours, a cockroach appeared as big as my palm... It was around 1 a.m, we talked to the night receptionist, he mocked as saying "haven't you seen a cockroach before", well we have but first time in a hotel, not in my house and never as big as this one.... after a few minutes he came to kill it, but refused a change of room or any other assistance. After 1-2 hours a second cockroach appeared and we decided to leave in the middle of the night, the receptionist again didn't bother to assist any other way or at least say sorry. I would expect something much better from a hotel mentioned as gold in hotels.com... we booked it for that same reason. Seeing the rest of the people staying there I am pretty sure not all their rooms have issues, but in the cases they have, they don't seem to help in any way.

It's a bit far from the beach (30 mns ) If you want to walk to Nissi beach , sandy beach, the best from other beaches but crowded.

The pool and the vibes were nice. The main advantage is its location directly next to a rental place for buggies and Atvs and most importantly a few minutes walk from the main pubs and clubs of ayia napa.

Very clean and lovely apartment bed was very comfortable and apartment was a nice size tv did not work ! But in general are stay was extremely nice Only thing I would stay is the breakfast wasent worth the money Need to put much more mushrooms then just 1!

When ordering the hotel it was marketed as “adults only”. It seems like no children are living at the hotel but that families can buy entrance to the pool which resulted in it been kids around the pool at several days. Marketing the hotel as “adults only” was therefore experienced as a bit misleading. Other than this it was a great hotel with very nice staff and cleaning.

Praktische Studios/Appartments mit tollem Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis. Ausgestattet mit Kochnische, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank. Haartrockner und Adapter für die Steckdose sollte mitgebracht werden. Trotz der belebten Gegend ist es abends angenehm ruhig. Ältere Unterkunft, jedoch stets sauber, mit freundlichem Personal.

Fantastic stay

Fantastic value for money. Reception and all bar staff are very welcoming and friendly. Great facilities on site, 3 pools and bars . Apartments are spacious althought slightly dated but they have everything you want. Good location. Highly recommended.

Well maintained grounds foilage wise. Location is great and very walkable. Most of the apartment ammenities were broken. Toilet doesn't flush always even after pumping it many times, oven doesn't work, toster doesn't work, kitchen doesn't come with a method to clean dishes and cleaning staff did not clean dishes or provide sponge to clean dishes, ants were all over the kitchen.

Nice chillled week in Napa

Overall enjoyable stay. The hotel is generally quiet but does lack soundproofing to rooms, noise from neighbouring hotels can be a nuisance. This was only a problem 1 night out of the 8 we stayed. The 2 bedroom suite I was using with 4 friends had mostly adequate facilities with additional extras such as microwave and fan (with deposit). Rooms were clean and in good condition but the shower lacked power and water would dribble out the sides. The other issue we had with the room was that while the 2 bedrooms were really well air conditioned with modern remote controlled units, no such air conditioning was available in the living area/kitchen. This meant that it was uncomfortably warm at times and could only be kept cool by leaving bedroom doors open all day. This meant that the person using the sofa bed could not sleep and ended up checking into a seperate room. For this reason I would not recommend this room type if you are planning to use the sofa bed. If just using the bedrooms however this is not a massive issue. The hotel has nice pool areas in several locations and very friendly staff happy to help and chat to guests. Food was reasonable for price however additional bbq buffet was not up to same standards. Breakfast buffet was basic with better options available a couple of mins from hotel. The hotel is well situated for bars/restaurants on the main square/strip while being far enough away to mask the noise. I would stay here again but in the one bed kitchenette.

It was a good experience to be at Senator ;calm and clean hotel.Cool location and reasonable price.However,I expected to make friendship with some of the guests at the hotel but I did not succeed as I did in all the hotels I book in all over the world.I consider this to be a pro and negative experience.I might give Senator another chance in the near future for booking.
