Staff were alright, only thing that looked like it was touched during cleaning was the bed, and had a circus above me the whole night. No bed bugs tho, that's a plus

My family reserved a room for me on line and got the day's mixed up I ask if I could please use the phone so I could call my family so they could fix it and they told me no so I had to walk down the street to call to get it fixed

This property is in need of renovations. While the room was clean, the furniture was well used and even though it was supposed to be a nonsmoking room, it smelled of cigarette smoke and there were burn marks on the sink, shower stall, and bedside table. The price certainly was good, and there’s a mini fridge and microwave in the room, and it’s close to a mall, grocery, and restaurants. Ok for an overnight but don’t expect much.

The staff was on a call for over 10 minutes. Talking about company business and personal conversations. Until a second customer showed up she finally got off the call. Even if she was talking about motel business, she could have paused the call to take care of a customer.

There was cockroaches and flies inside the hotel room. The A/C did not work - it was 30 degrees outside and the heater would not turn on, only cool air. The room was for four guests and there were only 2 towels available. My family could not stay here the night comfortably, we had to leave. I would like to request a refund.

No toilet paper bugs on floor room supposedly was clean right before we checked in. Beg to differ. No remote to tv had to stand and hold tv button to find a channel that I watched and the volume . Bed so small there were two of us and we had to sleep head to foot just to fit and we are not large we are small. Will never ever go back there . O and the border control was everywhere on a hotel area scare

When we arrived we were placed in a room in which we had no remote for the tv, we went to ask for a remote and they put us in a different room. They then put us in a room with no microwave/ refrigerator (which we paid for) so we went to tell them and they told us to take the ones out from the previous room we were in. the ac unit then did not cool the room at all- which is very inconvenient in 102 degree weather. So we went to tell front staff and we were told to either stay there or go back to the original room because they had no other rooms available. The rooms were very small. And staff was rude, even prior to booking I had called to ask questions and was told “it says online if you look” I should’ve seen that as a red flag not to stay there. Overall terrible- definitely do not recommend

Value for Cost
The motel is what I expected. No frills, just a comfortable bed, good air-conditioning, quiet, friendly. My dog enjoyed his stay, too. If one wants a refrigerator, coffee maker in the room, and other luxuries, he should go elsewhere. For myself, there's no reason to spend a lot of time in a motel room unless I'm sick. Hopefully, I am out having a good time. One gets what he pays for, and this fits my poscketbook.
