"The property was nice enough. The room was clean but lots of construction going on out front. The staff was not warm and friendly. Customer service needs work. Shuttle bus driver was not that helpful. Multiple Ibis hotels and I was not sure which one was my hotel. He seemed annoyed with me asking. I walked into the restaurant to eat and a woman spoke to me as she walked out. After sitting for 10 minutes I walked into the kitchen looking for staff. A woman comes out and tracks down the woman that passed me coming in. She was the waitress!"
