"We had a lovely 6 night stay here, lovely location and really nice staff, big room and nice balcony. Breakfast was minimal (especially if you're dairy and gluten intolerant like me - some eggs would have been nice) but in such a lovely spot by the sea, and the guy was so cheerful every morning so enjoyed going down every morning!"

"Amazing property, and amazing dining options, fantastic pool areas for kids and adults, great spot for the private beach. Unfortunately poor quality bathrooms, broken tiles, broken bathroom door, bathroom door lock - literally falling off the door!!! "

"Reception staff and in ‘restaurant’ good. Animation shocking . But I know there is a reason I don’t do all inclusive and this reconfirmed. Food shocking, canteen like restaurant. I paid less than half price of this in pefkos and had breakfast and great service . The area around hotel not good. And the smell ! The rooms are nice but I wouldn’t be paid to stay there. Thank heavens it was only for one night. The old town is lovely with some great little bars / restaurants and only 24 minute walk. We escaped and spent afternoon here. "

"The pictures advertised on expedia.com were a lot different than reality. Bunk bed was not safe and our kids could not use it. Room quality, furniture etc were far from what we had seen on pictures"

"Had a great 10 days here. Very clean, food was brilliant and loads of choice. Pizza near the pool were some of the best I have had. Pools were perfect temperature too. We stayed in an executive sweet with two children and there was ample space and comfort. Will definitely return! All staff worked hard and always smiling. Could not do enough for you. 5 stars from me. "

"In need of an upgrade/ renovations Door handle hot to open, ants at entry and bathroom We were inclusive of all, staff offered the world, once you approach to assist, they were very dismissive. Beach/pool towels worked by card system at reception then take card to wellness centre which was inconvenient each time you need a towel, more interested in point of sale for wellness centre. These could have been set up by the pools or beach. TV wasnt working, air conditioning weak Good size room Once again definitely needs renovating"
