"Although this is quite a plain hotel with ageing decor, my room was an excellent size, large with a comfy bed, the bathroom shower had hot water with good water pressure, the window had curtains and blackout curtains. The hotel is in a quiet location with good parking. The breakfast buffet was excellent, a full choice of everything you would expect and good quality. The staff are friendly. In the evenings they have a good well-stocked bar and lounge with a reasonable food menu. I ate there once and the food was excellent. The hotel is too far out of the town centre to walk, but the L1 and L2 buses run very frequently and provide a good service."

"Very cute place with a great restaurant and bar downstairs. Very clean and comfortable. Great atmosphere. Note though that there is no AC so I wouldn't be comfortable in the summer."

"If you're looking to unwind and relax for a couple of days then I would highly recommend it here. The setting is beautiful and just sets everything up for relaxation. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities were great, my wife had to drag me away from the jacuzzi and the swimming pools! She had a massage and facial at the spa and absolutely loved it. I would highly recommend booking the Italian restaurant early, the food was outstanding as was the service. Our mini break was just what we needed, we'll be back."

"An excellent one night stay. What hotels need and many fail to purchase are decent mattress and bedding. This hotel was a very welcome exception. A top quality mattress, excellent pillows and crisp cotton sheets led to a great nights sleep. Staff very helpful and accommodating. If only a light dinner is required there is a nice tapas/wine bar attached to the hotel. Other dining options are available in this nice small village. Don’t let the ‘in room’ breakfast put you off staying."
