The room that we stay look like it’s been a long time vacant. Rusting sink dirty mat for the shower it’s been rolled to long. There is no privacy on the bathroom between toilet, shower and the vanity. Staff are very nice and attentive otherwise.

We booked a family room expecting it to fit 2 adults and 2 children, but it fell short of accommodating our needs and the beds can’t possibly fit one adult and even a toddler. Really disappointed with the size of the rooms. Upon check-in, Ruth at the reception was exceptionally rude, giving us an unwelcoming reception and repeatedly asked me to prove that I booked the room with breakfast while I was struggling to get connected to internet. The beach was disappointingly “very” small, and for a supposed resort, the entertainment options were lacking, making the property feel more like a hotel than a resort. Additionally, being far from the city, it's challenging to spend an entire day here, with limited activities within the property itself. However only one positive was Alvin from the Sunset Sports Bar was very friendly and tried his best to accommodate our special dietary needs.

Excellent place to stay at. Very nice. The only comment I have is that they should place a sign by the beach that there are sharp rocks or barnacles by the water. My boyfriend ended up with a deep cut, which needed stitching, on his foot as soon as he reached the waist-deep part of the beach.

I had two deluxe rooms with sea view but they were different in size. I arrived at 3:30 for check in but one of my two rooms were not ready. However, the front desk did allow us to check out an hour later due to this issue. The shower was wonderful with good pressure and flow.

Staff was very friendly, always greeting and making sure we had what we needed. Our room cleaning staff Maria and Xandra even wrote us a kind note to ask if there was anything extra they could do to help make our stay great. We had wonderful massages, found it easy to book off-property activities right from the hotel, and enjoyed the food and drinks, too. We especially loved the staff coming around at breakfast to offer local specialties to try. The pool is huge and beautiful. It felt like a paradise and we hope to return again soon!

If you’re booking with this property ensure to book the refundable option or get the “protect my trip” option with Expedia. They will not consider any unforeseen circumstances! We were unable to make it into the country due to travel restrictions and asked if we can at least reschedule our stay to a later date but there was no sympathy from the property. I know it’s my bad but I was hoping for some understanding from the property.

It’s the most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed. I love the ambience. The gorgeous ocean view, different choices of restaurants, the bar, great service, cleanliness, different themes each night at sunset bar, security, customer service are very accommodating. Its cool
Its amazing to stay here except poor hotel transport service or external taxi support to go around cebu. Price is beyond our control. Dusit should improve the frequency to down town and other new area like Nustar, sm seaside city.

It is a great resort, very clean, staff wonderful , always courteous , friendly, pleasant and always have warm smile. Great breakfast buffet. The sunset sport bar has delicious food.

Property itself is very nice. Staff are friendly but poorly trained/inexperienced. Rooms are small with barely enough room to get out of bed on one side. The main negative for me is location. Property is located near the end of a long, straight, heavily trafficked road. You will not be tempted to venture off the property. Other high end hotels are located nearby so they suffer from the same unattractive location.,

Staff and facility is great. Area is very secluded and a bit far from the town so it can be both a con and a pro. Also food prices in the restaurant can be pricey. They did offer us a room upgrade with a beautiful ocean view. Our room was pretty spacious and bed was comfortable.

The resort was a 5-star hotel! Beautiful! The staff was polite and very accommodating. The rooms, 5 stars! The restaurant and foods were beyond delicious! Only challenge is that it is abit far from the city and the area is not safe. Alot of poverty. So plan to stay within the resort grounds or partner with the resort for safe traveling.

I love this hotel all over . But they put me in building three awful view Club room 355.00 a night woke up daily to rooster or chicken only bad part rest was amazing. Best buffet ever . Just stay away from building 3 lol .
