"Condo, had no hand towels, had no towel or soap racks in bathroom the lighting was very poor in the bathroom, the tv could never be turned off nor the volume changed. The property said it was on the beach but was a full kilometer away and you had to pay $350 pesos to use the beach, they required you eat their food and drink their drinks, but ran out of beer and menu items. The beach was roped off so you could only swim out about 200’, not a good experience "

"Great location close to the airport, 8 minutes max. The building and Room were excellent for the price, spacious living area and bathroom, hot shower, comfy bed, very clean, water dispenser and cooking facilities, cold aircon. Coupla minutes walk to 2 malls and eateries. Expedia stuffed up my Booking but the owner/ manager Rea resolved it in a few minutes, even upgraded our room, would definitely recommend and stay here again. "

I wait for 30 minutes they dont find anything why they cant find my reservation after i show them the reservation number and the receipt.I was so dissapointed because i just got to the philippines my flight was late im ready to go bed.So next day i came back to the same building i show them my resevation again then they found my reservation lol is that a joke ? the staff not communicating with guess...

"The room was clean the staff were friendly and very helpful The food wasn’t to my taste the toaster didn’t work properly I did find bread jams cakes and egg the best food for late the melon but not a favourite When I booked in the fridge didn’t work the safe wouldn’t lock the bathroom door was to heavy to close as it was an accessible room that was bad plus a slight lip on the floor level was a trip hazard the telly wasn’t working when I arrived and the kettle had to be moved as there was no where to plug it in were it was kept No seaview just another building block to look at A day at the beach cost an extra 1300 pesos for the buffet which was disgusting I slipped when getting out of the pool and went full length grazed my hand and knee lovely pool with swim up bar"

Its my first time staying but i felt like 1 night is not enough. if i just known how beautiful the place is i would have stayed longer with my family. service is excellent, people works there are so helpful. "The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—from the front desk team to the lifeguards. Everyone made us feel welcome and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast was great, with a good variety of options, although I would have appreciated a fish dish as an additional choice. My only minor complaint is the toilet seat in our room. It was quite wobbly and seems like it’s due for a replacement. Aside from that, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely consider coming back."
