We came from the US to visit a family member, this is our 2nd year in a row staying here and we love it. The price is amazing for what you get, we stayed in the Villas and the apartment was very nice. The staff have always been so nice and the area is just beautiful. The Imatran Koski is a definite must see! We are at O’Learys and had the same waiter both trips, and he was amazing. Very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu, made us feel very welcome and the food was really good. We will definitely stay here for future visits.

Rauhaa Rauhassa

Kiva paikka, monia erilaisia aktiviteetteja. Kylpylä siisti. Huoneistomajoitus villa kakkosessa järvinäkymällä riitävän hyvä, toki kuluneisuutta jo paikka paikoin. Terassi ihana ja ilmalämpöpumppu jäähdytyksellä tarpeen näillä helteillä. Ihanan hiljaista yöllä!! Alue on niin iso, että vaikka paikka oli aivan täynnä ei missään ollut ruuhkaista. Ainoa miinus tulee hotellialueen rannasta, joka oli täynnä kanadanhanhia ja niiden ulosteita.

Lapset pitivät kylpylästä kovasti. Aikuisille ei ollut oikein mitään kun ei ollut vesihierontaa hartioillekaan. Kiva hämärä valaistus. Vähän jo kulahtanut yleisilme. Villas majoitus oli hyvä, mutta siivottu huolimattomasti. Kaikki lisäaktiviteetit maksullisia. Emme mene ehkä uudelleen.

Mukava perheloma Saimaan Rauhassa

Lomailimme Saimaan Rauhassa kaksi yötä kokoonpanolla nelihenkinen perheemme + isovanhemmat ja kaikki nautimme lomasta. Lapset viihtyivät leikkipaikoilla ja tietysti kylpylässä, ja aikuisillekin oli mukavaa tekemistä niin, että emme kaikkea edes ehtineet. Kaiken kaikkiaan kiva, toimiva ja siisti kokonaisuus, voimme suositella.

Remontin tarpeessa oleva iso resort. Parvekkeella rikkinäinen sohva ja puuttuva istuintyyny. 6 vuorokautta ja kaksi reklamaatiota ei ollut riittävä aika, jolle asialle olisi ehditty tehdä jotain. Harmi meille, koska mukana huonosti liikkuvia ikä-ihmisiä. Sen sijaan hyvin siivottu huoneisto, hyvä astiasto ja varustus keittiössä sekä hyvät peitot ja tyynyt sängyissä. Kodinkoneet myös puhtaita. Roberts Coffee henkilöstön käytös ei ollut asiakasystävällinen eikä kohtelias. Kiinnitettiin huomiota tähän samaan asiaan myös viime vuonna. Sisäänkirjoittaminen resortiin kesti todella kauan ja oli mahdollinen vasta klo 18 jälkeen tulopäivänä. Lähtöpäivänä check out klo 11. Jos laskee klo 22-08 yöksi, niin aika toimintaan jää resortissa 7h ( klo 8-11 ja klo 18-22)

Taso laskenut

Kiva sijainti, rentouttava miljöö. Nyt vuoden vaihteessa sai jonottaa sisäänkirjautuessa lähes tunnin. Jonottaa sai myös ravintoloihin. Maisema oli suoraan sisäpihalle. Siivouksen taso laskenut. Moni paikka alkaa olla jo remontin tarpeessa. Vanhaa taattua oli henkilökunnan iloinen palvelu niin respassa kuin ravintoloissakin.

Perheloma kylpylässä

Tilava, siisti ja melko moderni huoneisto. Hyvät sängyt, toimiva keittiö ja kiva oleskelutila. Istumapaikkoja voisi ehkä olla hiukan enemmän. Roskiskäytäntöjä emme ihan ymmärtäneet. On biojätettä ja paperia, mutta sekajäteastiaa emme löytäneet. Nyt kun ihmiset hakevat enemmän takeaway-ruokia, niin jätettä vaan tulee enemmän. Ei saisi olla liian hankalaa. Sisäänkirjautuminen kestää täällä kauan. Majoitustilaa on paljon. Tiskillä arvotaan ruokien alennuskuponkeja, kylpylälippuja ja keilavarauksia. Kestää. Enempi omatoimikonseptia ja nettiostoon suuntaamista pitäisi olla. Kiva kylpylä ja mukava alue.

Kesällä uudelleen.

Tekemistä oli paljon, kesällä vieläkin enemmän. Huone ei ollutkaan sitä mitä luulimme. Luulimme, että huone on kuvanmukainen Apartments. Lisäksi meille tuli yllätyksenä, että kylpylä ei sisältynytkään hintaan. Luultavasti olemme vain lukeneet kuvauksen huonosti. Aamupalan suhteen tiesimme, että se ei hintaan sisältynyt. Kaikki kivat huvitukset maksoivat erikseen ja olivat melko hinnakkaita, kuten keilaus, kylpylä (pyyhevuokra 6e/henk!), Angry birds puisto, aamutossut. Aamupala ja ravintoloiden ruoka oli hyvää. Henkilökunta kaikkialla hotellin alueella oli aivan ihanan ystävällistä ja osaavaa. Ikävää vain, että hymyjä maskien takaa ei näkynyt, olisi ollut pienille lapsillemme kovin tärkeää ja rikastuttanut lomareissun mielekästä elämyksellisyyttä.

Tilava, rauhallinen ja hyvin varusteltu huoneisto, mutta aivan liian kuuma, koska ei jäähdytystä. Osasimme varautua tähän luettuamme edellisiä arvosteluja ja otimme oman tuulettimen mukaan, ilman sitä nukkuminen olisi ollut tuskaa. Aamupalalla kova härdelli ja ruuan taso erittäin keskinkertainen ja teollinen, jäimme kaipaamaan myös ihan perus-pekonia. Kaunis järviympäristö ja rantakahvila kiva.

Kaikin puolin ok majoitus, mut ei ilmastointia huoneissa/huoneistoissa (kuuma!!) ja helvetillinen määrä mäkäräisiä

Vähän pettymys

Parveke oli käyttökelvoton tupakanhajun vuoksi vaikka tuuletettiin, ilmanvaihto huoneistossa oli huono, makuuhuoneet olivat tuskaisen kuumat.
