Lapidot Trip

This was our first time staying at planet Hollywood. We usually stay at the Cosmo or Mandalay Bay. We were pleasantly suprised! The room was great, really everything was great, and the gal at the front desk that helped us with a check-in issue was super pleasant.

The Horseshoe is located perfectly on the strip. Easy access to everything. Room was very nice. We will be back.

The property is beautiful, and the staff is friendly and informative. I loved the fact that you had to go through security to get to your room. My only feedback for improvement is that the rooms are poorly equipped with USB charging ports, and the towels are not the luxury towels I would expect.

I had a cold shower the first day because of a power loss and the last day they never cleaned my room due to short staff....
