I didn't stay! Called Expedia travel insurance and said it was dumpy, I was scared to stay there, bad area, room was super outdated. Couldn't open front door. Tried 3 times up and down stairs, had to get desk lady to open. Old old locks. Got in room and it was smelly, old, and wouldn't have taken a shower in bath. And you were going to charge me $247!!! You did!!! I asked for money back b/c couldn't stay. I smelled marijuana on 2nd floor next to room but desk girl said she didn't. I have never smoked it so my nose is very receptive. So the 3 times I had to go upstairs to try to get in room I had to smell it. It was 8 or 9 last night April 19th and I was so very tired. Anna, the girl at desk was very kind and said I'd get my money back. I'm calling Expedia back now.

The front desk person was extremely pleasant, helpful and even joyful. He MADE my stay! I was only here from one night, but I wish I had planned my whole trip around this hotel.

The service was poor. The beds were clean the couch was filthy dirty. Which was supposed to be extra pullout bed we needed. I would not even sit on couch much less sleep on it. Hall walls were all dirty. Dining area furniture all dirty so we would not eat breakfast provided there. Never stay there again.

I've stayed in a lot of Holiday Inn properties, and this one just felt very dated and off brand. Not like I was going to die, but not fresh and clean. Weed smell in the hallway. Breakfast was hot but not really outstanding. I expect more from this brand.

Hotel is close to where we need to go. The desk clerk was friendly and efficient. Room could be cleaner but the hotel is old. Needs updating. The area is not the best.

Staff was friendly but room failed for cleanliness
I can get past the outdated hotel rooms but not overlook the cleanliness of a room. The bathroom shower had hair and dirty scum. I ended up asking the front desk to give me disinfectant and clean the bathroom myself. A sofa in the room had stains all over that we didn’t even dare to sit on. We were there for 3 days only and only needed a place to sleep and do some light work during the day as we were there to visit family. We ended up changing a few towels because there were cleaned but also stained. The beds did have clean sheets. The staff was friendly and attentive.

There was no internet at all in the hotel, and when we asked for the internet it only worked in the hotel lobby and not in our room. There was no free WiFi. They promised that they would fix it but we waited 3 days and no one fixed it. At the hotel breakfast there was always an empty fridge, and the shelves/pans were empty with no food. The coffee was bad quality and prepared portly. The hot water had a yellow color. The rooms were cleaned every day so it was clean.

This property was disgusting enough to stand by my luggage for about 15 minutes considering checking out. The couch in room looked like someone peed on it recently. I moved to another room, also disgusting. As a single woman I really would’ve thought if I wasn’t just going to be sleeping for a few short hours.

Awesome and clean room.
The room was very clean, the people on the front desk were very nice. Breakfast was really good. There are only 2 things I didn’t like one was the setup of the toilet paper it never stayed in place and the other was that the keurig that was in the room didn’t work. So I called front desk so they can send someone to look at it and no one ever went. But other than that everything was awesome.

Rude greeting put a damper on my stay
Stayed 4 nights but was “greeted” at check in by a rude young woman. By way of comparson, when I checked out 4 days later, the young man who helped me was cheerful and very helpful. But after checkng in I went to my room only to find out that 4 lights were out! In fact, only the light switch that operated the hall light when you first enter the room worked. I called down to request a different room and the bi*** was rude again and then told me that shed take care of t and then hung up! Also, the pancake machine broke down on my second morning and never got fixed; knd of sucked b/c I looked forward to pancakes in the morning there.
