"The property clearly need repairs"

"I stayed at the Hilton Chicago/Oak Lawn and honestly had a terrible experience. Around 3 AM there was loud music coming from the room next door, and even after calling the front desk, the noise didn’t fully stop. The walls are so thin you can clearly hear people talking. The room also smelled like weed, likely coming from the neighboring room, which made it very uncomfortable. On top of that, the bathroom door made a loud squeaking noise every time it was opened or closed. I barely got any sleep and woke up multiple times throughout the night because of the noise. Overall, one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. I wouldn’t recommend staying here."

"Reasonable, everything is acceptable. Charge too much for guests parking. I have to use SpotHero app. to park my car. Should be cheaper for guests convenience "
