She was incredibly thoughtful in planning our travel itinerary and arranging our car journey to Badrinath Temple, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Her warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made our trip even more memorable. "One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. We booked their most expensive suite — supposedly their best — and it was a letdown from the moment we walked in. The fridge was broken. The room was missing basic amenities you’d expect at this price point. Tea was served only when we asked for it, and the cookies that came with it were stale. The restaurant was somehow worse — you place an order and the waiter simply disappears. Not once, not twice, but repeatedly. We’d sit there waiting for someone to come back and acknowledge us. The property is nothing like the photos. Inside it feels dated and cheap, and it’s not nearly as clean as the listing suggests. For what they charge, this is unacceptable. There are far better options in Rishikesh. Avoid."

"The pictures on Expedia sites are a bit misleading as there is no way that you can see The Ganga from your balcony and the games room pictures are from their other hotel up the road. Having said that, we did sleep well and the breakfast was okay. "
