"It all went wrong when we arrived, because they did not have our prepaid reservation and we had to wait for over 30 minutes to get a room. The room is relatively small, but clean. The food is just average, no vegetables at the breakfast. Only few reception clerks speak English or Russian, the rest just the local language. They have really good massage in the

. But we did not use a medical center.( so no idea about one) Even the check out took much time, because the person in charge was away...
