"Parking was amazing, close to an entrance door, and many to choose from. Breakfast was very good, especially the biscuits and gravy as well as the pancakes! Lots of food and beverage choices, and fruit. Delicious! We we upgraded to a bigger and better room at no extra charge, which was above and beyond of what was expected. Staff were super friendly and rooms were clean and well stocked with towels, coffee and other amenities. We will definitely stay again. Great hospitality, Thank you! "

"The property is up on top of a mountain. Eating breakfast or dinner and looking out onto nature was great. The outdoor/indoor pool is very small. The hot tubs are located at each tower so not too crowded but they are small. The sauna was not hot enough the first day so we turned it on 30 min prior to using it.The property is very dated and really needs a refresh. The main reason we booked was because of the availability of a tennis court. When we checked in, they said the indoor was out of commission and that the outdoor was not usable. Not sure why since it looked to be in nice shape."

"I didn’t realize I had stayed here before, but you can definitely tell the rooms have been upgraded—they felt fresh and comfortable. The Ridge Sierra also shares amenities with another nearby resort just a few minutes away, and there’s a convenient shuttle that can pick you up anytime. The indoor/outdoor pool was a lifesaver—it kept my kids entertained the whole time. They also offer activities for both kids and adults, which was a nice bonus. Plus, it’s only about 9 minutes from the gondola, making it a great location overall."

"Property said they couldn't find the reservation. They gave us a room and said they would research it, and now are saying they are going to charge us the walk-in rate. Also, I was charged an international transaction fee for a domestic property reservation."
