"Great location for the town centre. The bedrooms were great. Parking on site was handy. Saturday nights are a bit noisy due to local night life, however the rest was fine. "

"It says breakfast from 7am daily but it is actually from 8am. We questioned it at check in as we had paid extra for breakfast and 8am was to late for us and they said they would get back to us. I left an email address with them but they never did contact me. I have raised it with hotels.com and they say they have changed the times on the site but it still says 7am."

"Worst sleep ever. Rock hard beds and pillows, the room we stayed in was on the second floor (4 flights of stairs, no lift) and the room was on a slant, the whole place seemed uneven. The worst part though was the other clientele - loud, noisy and banging until well into the early hours, we didn’t get to sleep until 3am after trying and failing to contact the emergency phone line which told us to leave a message and they would respond within 24 hrs - good job it wasn’t an emergency like being locked out! Eventually we had to knock on the door of the person making all the noise and ask them to be quiet, not something you should have to do but the only way we could get some peace. Would avoid this place like the plague."

"The code for the wasn’t sent to me, but a phone call fixed that. There are no staff so everything is done by phone or message. Car park is nearby and reasonable. The room was fine with a good shower although it smelt as if someone had been smoking on the landing (not the room) Breakfast is very basic, toast, yoghurt Nescafé and cereals. But that was ok. It’s fine for two nights but I wouldn’t have wanted to stay for a lot longer. Good value overall if basic. "
