Lovely place to stay in Langkawi, very quiet (apart from the sounds of nature) but only a few minutes walk from the beach and plenty of bars and restaurants. Simple rooms but comfortable with friendly staff and owners.

Rainbow lodge is just a 10 minute walk to the beach, shops and bars/restaurants. It's situated down a little lane full of traditional character. We absolutely loved it.

The place is exelent as a backpackers stay cheap and a walking distance from the beach and restaurants of all choices There is a bar in the lodge were they serve good drinks and put lovely music good ambience. I advice you to book the air conditioning room or els you are in for a very hot night sleep.The owner and staff are very helpful

We stayed during August so we expected rain but our room smelt damp and all our clothes felt damp. The room was poorly maintained and didn’t feel clean however the balcony chairs were amazing and watching the wildlife from our balcony was a highlight. Staff really helpful. Would I stay there again - no, but it was cheap!

2023年12月29日から1月3日宿泊しました。必須のキッチン付きを検索、しかし、部屋に入ると、キッチンはありません。がっくり。希望のキッチンがない、写真と違うとクレーム、しかしハウスにあるからの一点張りでした。キッチン付きはないかと尋ねて交渉の結果料金の上乗せにて似て、部屋を交換とてもきれいとは言えませんが、とりあえずガスキッチンありリビングとベッドルームでひろい。年末の大掃除をここでするかと思う、窓枠の汚さ、タオルケットに穴が開いていました。日本では考えられないです。しかし、スタッフの対応と笑顔、チェナンビーチとお店に近いので、立地は良好で、また行きたい気分もありの気分です。

It was the best accommodation in Langkawi island. Many good and cheap restaurants locate near the lodge. Room is comfortable and clean. Distance to the beach only 5-7 minutes by walk.

Good price and close to the beach

The hotel is very close to the beach and lots of places in a very popular area. We had our own cabin, which was a pleasant surprise, and it made it feel a bit like glamping. The cabin was big, however dated and not very homey. We had an AC unit in the room which was nice, but found it hard to sleep on the bed. The location was wonderful and for the price it was pretty decent.

ランカウイは今回で5回目で、レインボーロッジは初めての宿泊でしたが、大満足です。 場所的には、パンタイチェナンのメインストリートからちょっと路地を入った所ですが、 夜はメインストリートと違い、静寂な聖域感が漂っていてとても良いです。 それと、木曜日には歩いてすぐの所でナイトマーケット が開催されます。 ロッジには、ローカルのスタッフと日本人スタッフがいて皆んなフレンドリーで、日本人のスタッフの方は色々と情報を提供してくれし、日本語でレンタル系やオプショナルツアーなども申し込めるので相談してみて下さい。

great and safe area. walking distance from main beach street, and they rent scooters in case you would like to travel quicker and farther. staff were lovely and always smiling. Cute little hammocks out front and the rooms were spacious, AC worked great and there's a lovely cafe down the road (Kasbah). Beautiful property and was nice and quiet, the lot also seemed to be maintained fairly meticulously. Only downside was our sheets were actually just a blanket, however with the heat you don't really need one anyways. Enjoyed our stay!

Rainbow Lodge is a budget accommodation. It is excellent for it’s price. Hot water, AC, clean, tours and scooters can be booked directly through them as well. The beds and pillows aren’t 5-star but I slept fine.

Advantage: -The location is good where going to Pantai Cenang main street is quite near. - independent houses and you can park your rental cars outside the cottage. - big bathroom - away from noisy street Things to improve: - Thermal insulation ceiling should be installed in the room as hot weather interfered with the air-conditional cooling. - extra body soap and shampoo can be provided or saved in the cabinet - low water pressure for the bath (maybe at higher ground) - no signboard to indicate the location of premises
