"The location is great, about 2km from Monforte. The apartments have huge potential, but seem to lack proper maintenance: When staying multiple nights, there is no room service (e.g., the towels aren't replaced). The shower is very leaky and it's next to impossible to take a shower without flooding the bathroom. There must be some bug nests inside; during the night, there is some sound every few minutes and a new bug arrives (two different kinds of bug). The heating system is extremely noisy....

Poi ci ha portato in altro bed and b ma noi avevamo scelto lui non è modo di comportarsi"

"The problem with this place is that there is a big difference between the rooms. 3 of the rooms have a very nice view from the terrace and the other rooms have access to a very small balcony with no view and where you can hardly sit. I did not find there was any transparency about this when booking. We got one of the latter types and were very disappointed. The pool is very nice."
