Disappointed that there is no coffee service or electric kettle with tea service in the room. Only 2 paper cups in the bathroom. Breakfast was great and the room is clean.

An authentic Austrian feel. Family owned and the owners are friendly and helpful. Hotel is old style which is charming and quaint.

The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood. With great location to grocery shopping, restaurants and a beautiful church that is open 24 hours a day. Easy access to the autobahn, but you don’t hear the noise from the traffic.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The fact that the duvet and pillow covers didn't cover the whole of the duvets and pillows was a bit disappointing. All the hotels I stayed at in the Hanau area in the last 4 month (8 of them) fall into the same category, low value for money compared to other regions in Germany or Europe.

Adequate for short business trips
I have stayed in the Ysenberger in the past and it seems to have degraded a bit. The bright point was the friendly staff that greeted me and were very helpful. The room was adequate and clean, but the linens were a bit threadbare and while cleaned showed some stains from age and much use.

Top Hotel.
Wir waren für zwei Tage privat dort. Am Ankunftstagstag gab es dort eine Hochzeit in den Räumlichkeiten was aber überhaupt nicht gestört hat. Es war trotzdem leise so dass man nachts gut schlafen konnte. Die Dame an der Rezeption war super nett, sehr hilfsbereit und wirklich freundlich. Zimmer und Komfort waren super. Ich komme immer in dieses Hotel wenn ich in Langenselbold bin und würde es immer wieder weiter empfehlen

Sehr in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Es muss einiges gemacht werden. Gardinen hingen nicht richtig in der Schiene. Im Bad war die Toilettenbrille sehr verdreckt. ( alte Urinflecken drauf) Sowas sollte man sehen als Hotelbesitzer bzw. Reinigungskraft und auswechseln.

Freundlicher Empfang. Große Zimmer, aber irgendwie scheint ein Tisch bei der Sitzgruppe zu fehlen. Der TV -Empfang war ärgerlich: nur 6 öffentlich-rechtliche Sender. Haben uns mit dem iPad beholfen. Bad sauber. Frühstück ok.

Es war alles gut,wir kommen wieder. Das einzige ,mir wurde gesagt der Hund kostet 10 Euro für den Aufenthalt, vielleicht sollte man das besser formulieren.Er kostet 10 pro Nacht.
