"It is a good concept for some travellers but not one i ever experienced and hesitate to use the hospitality word too freely. Arriving late, i realised i have not received any passcode that was needed nor a reply I could read advising that parking was on the street, until i found the number to call. the lady was up late and helpfully provided me with the number to get in, and then i had to download the app for accessing my room. "I enjoyed my stay very much. The hotel was very good and the room had a very fancy decoration. The welcome when checking in was very good. The breakfast was really nice and the staff were friendly. Bar is open 24/7. Good for late arrivals. A big plus is that this hotel has its own parking garage. That is appreciated when situated in a town."
