Room is clean, staff were all very courteous and accommodating. The staff from the front desk, hotel crew and restaurant staff went up and beyond to make sure we got everything we need. The breakfast has a lot of options and delicious. We truly had a memorable and enjoyable stay at The Premium Splendid. Big thanks to all the staff.

Lovely hotel. Good choice
Overall, this hotel was a very good choice in Viet Tri. Room was lovely. Staffs were so friendly. If check-in process and breakfast could be improved, it would be perfect. Will be back there if be back to Phu Tho again.
