"The property is on the expensive side and the room conditions did not reflect the price. The hotels rooms could use updating and amenities to reflect the cost. The maintenance staff on the property worked tirelessly to ensure the property and beach looked nice. There was considerable effort that business/corporate events went well at the expense of paying guests. "

"Nic place to stay. 3 miles from beaches. Good continental breakfast - basic but good. Room was clean, all tile which is great for Fl. Comfortable bed. Basic refrigerator and microwave. Coffee maker was basic filter kind but coffee at the Breakfast. AC kept room cool. In wall unit so when compressor kicked in you heard it. Nice grounds with landscaping. Plenty of free parking. Went for walk in neighborhood - nice area to walk. Good location for north Naples. Would stay here again."

"Exceptional experience. As you walk in the room, you are awestruck by a wall of blue ocean framed by a beautiful interior. The turn down experience was incredible, chocolates, sleep masks, slippers, and more. The massage at the spa was pricey, but one of the best quality massages I’ve ever experienced. The spa itself is a nice space as well, with a hot tub, cold plunge and other features that are elevated."

"Very comfortable set up with fully equipped kitchen. Clean and quiet. Helpful staff. Would be great with more parking spaces and shower power very low. Maybe specify times laundry is available for guests and seperate designated time for staff to do laundry maybe daytime when most guest are out. Enjoyed the stay. "
