Elle m'a donné un formulaire. J'ai coche café et lui ai dit que jetais pas buen, trop fatiguee pour tout lire mais due je voulais un petit dejeuner classique. J'ai appelé le matin, redemande la même chose et elle n'a jamais voulu qu'on m'apporte autre chose qu'un café. C'est du vol pur et simple."

"The pillows were like rocks and there are no other options. Secondly, there is an atrium on the ground floor that is open to the interior rooms. There was someone talking loudly there until we called the front desk at 3am."
