Our stay was quite disappointing, to the point I felt I was ripped off.
To start with, as I was booking, all the information including photos indicated a room with a view to the river.....not only did we NOT get a view to the river, our bedroom window on the ground floor (right next to the office of the concierge/front desk) had a view to a filthy storage area that had the exit air tube of the dryer machine hit directly to our window. Our toilet was faulty, bidet was out of order and it's window also led to an internal passage that created a lot of noise. Definitely the stay is NOT worth USD71 per night.
